These Terms of Service govern your use of PDFRun. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You may use PDFRun to process documents you own or have the right to process. You must not use PDFRun to process files containing illegal content, attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer our service, or upload malware.
2. Free Plan
The free plan provides 5 files per hour and a maximum file size of 100MB. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to maintain service quality.
3. Paid Plans
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4. File Processing
Uploaded files are processed and automatically deleted within 1 hour. You are responsible for downloading your results promptly.
5. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Intellectual Property
PDFRun and its original content are protected by copyright. You retain all rights to files you upload and process.
7. Limitation of Liability
PDFRun is provided “as is.” Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
