These Terms of Service govern your use of PDFRun. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptable Use
You may use PDFRun to process documents you own or have the right to process. You must not use PDFRun to process files containing illegal content, attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer our service, or upload malware.
2. Free Plan
The free plan provides 10 files per hour and a maximum file size of 25 MB. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to maintain service quality.
3. Paid Plans
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. New Pro subscribers get a 7-day free trial, once per account. A payment method is required to start the trial, and unless you cancel before the trial ends the subscription begins automatically at $9 per month (or the annual rate you selected). Cancel during the trial and you are not charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Credits are a one-off purchase, not a subscription, and carry no trial.
4. File Processing
Uploaded files are processed and automatically deleted within 1 hour. You are responsible for downloading your results promptly.
5. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Intellectual Property
PDFRun and its original content are protected by copyright. You retain all rights to files you upload and process.
7. Limitation of Liability
PDFRun is provided “as is.” Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Who You Are Contracting With
PDFRun.IO is operated by an individual, not an incorporated company. There is no registered company, company number or registered office behind this service. The operator is based in the United States. Legal and privacy enquiries: info@pdfrun.io.
